Pro wrestling fans are all about nostalgia, as the recent ECW themed episode of NXT proved. Diamond Dallas Page is a name that may get a few fans to tune in, just to see what the Master of the Diamond Cutter has to offer present-day WWE. That being said, he may be up for something.

WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page has signed a Legends Deal with WWE and joined the WWE 2K24 roster in the WCW Pack. He was recently shown in the crowd at WWE Bad Blood. Fans continue to speculate about a possible return to the ring, though Page hasn’t wrestled since 2020.

While speaking with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, DDP was asked about potentially competing in one more match. He’s almost 69, and that’s nice because his body is “still a Ferrari.” That being said, he may have another appearance in his tank, but he doesn’t need another full-fledged match.

“My life is so full I don’t have time for any of that. I’m five months from 69 years young. My body – I’m still a Ferrari. I just got nine or 98,000 miles on me [laughs]. So you know, are there a couple of Diamond Cutters in me? Yeah – and if they ever need it, I’m there. But as far as [a] match, I’m good.”

DDP spoke about being back with WWE, especially as part of the Hall of Fame. He said he feels like part of the family again after being welcomed at recent WWE premium live events. Page also credited Triple H for making that happen.

“Going in the Hall of Fame was huge, and it broke down a lot of those walls and barriers, and I still didn’t feel like I was family until these last couple of pay-per-views. I think Triple H has everything to do with that. He wants the legends to be recognized for paving the way.”

There is no update on DDP’s potential in-ring return for WWE. His status remains uncertain at this time, but he may be up for something down the line.

DDP has surprised pro wrestling fans before, and you can never count him out. He’s still around and kicking, so only time will tell if the right moment comes along for him to lay down another Diamond Cutter.

Cody Rhodes and DDP are also very close, as Page was there for Cody since the beginning of his career. No matter whether DDP ever has another match, he may also always be available to stand in the American Nightmare’s corner if his services are needed.

Who would you book against DDP in one more match? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
