MJF was part of one of AEW’s most memorable feuds with CM Punk in 2021 and 2022. This rivalry helped elevate AEW’s reputation in a big way. While Punk is no longer with AEW, it seems MJF still thinks about him, as he recently signed an autograph with a profane message aimed at Punk.
Due to CM Punk’s AEW tenure ending abruptly, the feud with MJF never reached proper conclusion. Despite this, MJF has acknowledged the influence Punk had on him in a big way.
MJF was recently present at the Big Event convention in New York and he made headlines at event. He obviously took part in meet and greets there and signed all sorts of merchandise.
Interestingly enough, the Salt of the Earth had an unexpected message for CM Punk on an action figure of himself as The Devil from All Out 2022. MJF simply wrote, “F*** Punk” along with his signature, making it clear that he still has disdain for the Second City Saint.
MJF has previously shared his thoughts on CM Punk’s return to WWE last year. Regardless, fans still have hope CM Punk and MJF will finish their trilogy one day, as anything is possible in the world of professional wrestling.
