Pro wrestling shows need to capture attention, and AEW is doing everything in their power to turn fans’ heads toward Full Gear. The pay-per-view event is going to feature a loaded card, and now a well-known song about November is going to accompany everything.
AEW’s 2024 Full Gear event will go down Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. That event will be quite a show, and they have secured a huge song for the promotional run for the pay-per-view event.
Tony Khan jumped on X, where he revealed some very exciting news for fans of AEW and Guns n Roses. November Rain is an iconic rock song, and it will now be the official theme for Full Gear.
“Thanks to @gunsnroses , AEW has secured a license to use November Rain in our videos promoting #AEWFullGear + this AEW November to Remember! Expect AEW November Rain by this weekend + again next Wednesday before the ppv!”
Tony Khan is known for shelling out huge money for the use of popular songs. It’s anyone’s guess how much Tony paid for November Rain, but odds are it wasn’t cheap at all.
AEW Full Gear is set with several big matches, including a singles match between Swerve Strickland and Bobby Lashley. Jack Perry will defend his AEW TNT Championship against Daniel Garcia, while Jon Moxley will face Orange Cassidy with the AEW World Championship on the line. We will have to see what other surprises Tony Khan has in store, even if they are expensive ones.
We will have to see if November Rain is able to help sell any pay-per-views for AEW. If anything, they are certainly stacking the card right now, and we will have an iconic rock track to hear throughout the build toward their November pay-per-view
