Kazuchika Okada & Suzuko Mimori Welcome Baby #2

Kazuchika Okada and Suzuko Mimori just announced the arrival of their second child, and fans everywhere are sending love to the happy couple.

Okada, the former NJPW star and current AEW sensation, and his wife Suzuko, a renowned voice actress, welcomed another baby boy, just over a year after their first son was born in August 2022.

Mimori shared the news with her fans on Instagram, revealing that she chose to keep her pregnancy private until after the birth. “I wanted to wait until the baby was born to announce we were expecting, as I was unfamiliar with life as a pregnant woman and giving birth in the US,” she explained. Mimori also shared that she had the support of a Japanese nurse, adding that experiencing childbirth in two different countries had been a unique adventure.

The couple, who tied the knot in April 2019, made a big move to the United States earlier this year. Okada’s jump from NJPW to AEW came after serious interest from WWE, but he ultimately decided to join AEW and relocate with his family. While it’s unclear how long Okada will take off from AEW programming to be with his growing family, fans can expect him to return with even more motivation than ever.
