AEW fans have been eager for updates on The Blade and Allie (a.k.a. The Bunny), and there’s good news to share. Back in September, The Blade underwent successful back fusion surgery, and now, thanks to Allie, fans have more insight into his recovery journey.

During a virtual signing for RDP Promotions, Allie shared that The Blade has started physical therapy and has found a new passion while focusing on getting healthy.

“He’s hanging in. He just started his PT. His back surgery went really well. I’m really proud of him. He’s doing a ton of stand-up comedy right now, and he’s really just focused on getting healthy,” she said.

As for Allie herself, the former AEW star last competed in September 2023 on an episode of AEW Rampage and has since parted ways with the company. However, she left the door open for a potential return to the ring. “I always tell people that when they ask me if I’m ever gonna wrestle again. I say, ‘Never say never!’” Allie remarked, keeping hope alive for her fans.
