WWE has held an Elimination Chamber event since 2010, and they aren’t going to break that tradition. The Chamber matches give the company a great platform to set the deck for the road to WrestleMania, and next year’s show will likely do the same.
WWE sent out a press release on Friday, November 8 to let fans know that they have landed on a date and location for the 2025 Elimination Chamber event. Rogers Centre in Toronto will host the show on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Triple H is very happy to see Elimination Chamber return to Canada. He released a statement about how amazing Canada is as a host for WWE’s premium live events.
“Canada is an amazing place to host our biggest Premium Live Events, with its passionate fans and rich history that spans decades. On the heels of a record-breaking Money In The Bank this past July, we are excited to return to Toronto for an even larger event in 2025.”
This year’s Elimination Chamber event took place on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Optus Stadium in Perth, Western Australia. That was a massive show for Aussie fans, but next year’s event hasn’t been locked in yet. That being said, they are going to travel outside the United States once again.
The 2020 Elimination Chamber took place on March 8 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the Wells Fargo Center and in 2021, the event was held on February 21 in St. Petersburg, Florida, at the WWE ThunderDome inside Tropicana Field. Those were the last two Elimination Chamber events to date that went down in the USA.
The 2022 Elimination Chamber moved to Jeddah, Mecca Province, Saudi Arabia, on February 19 at the Jeddah Super Dome. Then in 2023, the Elimination Chamber was hosted on February 18 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As we previously mentioned, this year’s show went down in Australia.
The company has hinted at a lot more premium live events outside the United States, and it appears that they are keeping with that mindset for their yearly Chamber event. Ringside News will have many more updates for the show as we get closer.
