WWE is a well-known name in wrestling and has strong ties with major sports leagues like the NFL, NHL, and NBA. In fact, NBA player Tyrese Haliburton hinted that he might make an appearance at the Royal Rumble next year, which has excited fans quite a bit.
As reported earlier, WWE announced plans to launch its groundbreaking partnership with Indiana Sports Corp, starting with the Royal Rumble on February 1, 2025, hosted at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Indiana Pacers will host a home game against the Atlanta Hawks, just over a mile away from the Lucas Oil Stadium on February 1st as well. The game is scheduled to start at 5 PM ET, which allows Pacers star point guard Tyrese Haliburton to potentially arrive at the Royal Rumble shortly after it kicks off.
While speaking to Landon Buford, Tyrese Haliburton was asked if he would appear at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event next year. The NBA star hinted that he could make an appearance and left it at that.
“I can’t tell you everything, but you might see me at the Rumble.”
Tyrese Haliburton has appeared on WWE television multiple times this year, so it wouldn’t be surprising if he shows up at next year’s highly-anticipated Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. Fans will have to wait and see if WWE has any special plans for him during the Rumble, as there are still several months before the event takes place.
