Bianca Belair shared a hilarious and stressful story of her wardrobe malfunction before WWE Crown Jewel.

The Women’s Tag Team Champion, who successfully defended her title with Jade Cargill in a Fatal 4-Way, revealed that her gear gave her unexpected trouble just an hour before the match.

Belair, who takes pride in customizing her ring gear, shared her experience on Instagram, detailing how the bodysuit she prepared didn’t go quite as planned. “Crown Jewel. I have now wrestled in Saudi Arabia 9x! So, GEAR STORYTIME,” Belair wrote. “I bought this bodysuit and started adding more gems, fabrics, and EST’s on it. I finished it and realized the fabric was BROWN; and Not BLACK. So it basically looked like my skin. So, with little time I panicked, flipped the fabric inside out, and spray-painted it black with fabric spray paint.”

However, the spray paint affected the bodysuit’s stretch, leading to a few last-minute repairs. “Well not only did it turn all of the jewels black (which I had to replace one by one or use alcohol to clean them) but it took all of the stretch out of the gear,” Belair explained. “So an hour before I went out to wrestle as I put my gear on the zipper busted in the back and the crotch ripped open 🤣🤣🤣. So, I hand-sewed the crotch as the seamstress hand-sewed my zipper in the back up.”

In the final moments before the match, Belair noticed additional missed spots, leaving patches of brown visible on her suit. “Then I look in the mirror and BOOM I see I missed so many spots and I had spots of brown everywhere! I had to think fast so I grabbed a black @Sharpie and some black hair tint spray and had @jadecargill and my makeup artist @vc_makeupartist go to town,” she recalled.

Despite all the chaos, Belair was able to pull it off, jokingly concluding, “In the end, it all worked out and we looked so cute!!!! but I def felt like a stiff starfish and reeked of spray paint and Sharpie lmaooo.”

Through all the last-minute mishaps, Belair and Cargill went on to successfully defend their Women’s Tag Team Championship at WWE Crown Jewel.
