Since starting in 2019, AEW grew quickly and found success in pro wrestling. But after the All Out event in 2021, things slowed down a bit. Like any company, AEW has challenges, and one of the main ones is selling tickets for live shows. Perhaps that’s why it’s no shock AEW is now offering tickets at a 40% discount for the rest of their shows this year.

There is growing apprehension that AEW’s current attendance figures might mirror the decline experienced by WCW in 2000, leading worries about the company’s future direction, especially considering the fact that they have far too much trouble filling out small-scale shows, let alone big ones.

AEW is now motivating fans in the United States to vote by offering a special ticket discount. AEW took to Twitter and announced a 40% discount on tickets for their 2024 shows, reminding fans to cast their ballots on Election Day. To access the discount, fans can use the promo code VOTE for select seats at upcoming AEW events in 2024.

“Tomorrow is #ElectionDay ! Don’t forget to #Vote , and while you’re at it, take advantage of this special offer of up to 40% off of select seats at our upcoming 2024 #AEW shows! Use the promo code VOTE to access the discount!”

We will have to wait and see whether AEW’s strategy to put such a huge discount on ticket sales for their remaining shows will end up having a positive effect on their attendance, as it is likely they more or less had to do this to combat their attendance woes.

Do you believe AEW offering such a discount on their remaining shows will help them in the long run? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
