Stephanie Vaquer has been on a roll since her NXT debut last month and she had a solid match at Halloween Havoc as well. She picked up a huge win by hitting a Spiral Tap on Roxanne Perez and she has now revealed how WWE helped her perfect the move.

WWE’s NXT Halloween Havoc was packed with memorable moments and exciting matches, including a standout tag team match featuring Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez against Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer. The four women gave an incredible performance, with Stephanie Vaquer winning the match for her team. She picked up the victory by hitting a spectacular Spiral Tap on Roxanne Perez.

While speaking during a live Instagram session, Stephanie Vaquer talked about how hard it was to learn about this move. She explained that she had wanted to perfect it for years, but without the right equipment, it was tough, and she even hurt her hip trying it before. Once she started training at the WWE Performance Center, she finally had the tools to practice it safely. After nailing it in practice, she decided that Halloween Havoc was the perfect time to use it and show her skills by pinning the champion Roxanne Perez.

“That’s a move I’ve been trying to nail down for years. In fact, I was hurting from the hip after I landed badly in an attempt of the move, so nailing down the move was always tough because I did not have the resources to practice it properly. Once I got to the PC and had the equipment to practice, I decided to practice the move again and I was able to finally nail the move down. Then I thought what better time to use it than to pin the champion on my first show and show off everything I have, so I’m proud of that turned out.”
