Liv Morgan is gearing up for her high-stakes match against Nia Jax at WWE Crown Jewel, where the two will compete to crown the first-ever Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.

During a recent appearance on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast, Morgan took a moment to reflect on the evolution of her character and how her on-screen presentation began shifting toward a more mature image.

Morgan shared that her character change was sparked by a conversation with a female WWE writer who suggested it was time for Morgan to “grow up a little.

“The only time someone’s ever told me, aesthetically, was when I was very modest and kind of got to ‘grown-up Liv;’ what I was speaking about before. It’s the only time I’ve ever been told, like, ‘Hey, let’s change our look a little bit. ’ It was just a female writer that was like, ‘We’re thinking maybe, just grow up a little bit. G row up a little bit.’ I was like, ‘Okay. I know what that means.’ I think it was right,I was very chaotic Liv, Riott Squad, blue tongue, pink hair. She needed to mature and grow.”

Morgan agreed that this shift helped her embody a new chapter for her WWE persona, bringing a fresh intensity to her recent title defenses.

The transformation has paid off, with Morgan now holding four successful title defenses as WWE Women’s World Champion. Recently, she appeared on the 10/29 NXT episode on CW, where she and Raquel Rodriguez ambushed Rhea Ripley in the parking lot, resulting in Ripley suffering a fractured right orbital socket.

With her upcoming clash against Jax and her SmackDown face-off on 11/1, Morgan’s character continues to evolve, showing no signs of slowing down.
