Becky Lynch’s WWE Return Status Update

During a Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp provided an update on Lynch’s WWE status, explaining that both WWE and Lynch appear to be on the same page regarding her return.

“From the time Becky Lynch left WWE, both sides seemed to believe that whenever the time came for Becky to return, it’d likely be there,” Sapp noted. “She’s enjoying her time off, and WWE is trying to respect that.”

As previously reported, Becky Lynch did not sign an extension or new deal before her contract expired, making her a free agent. Although WWE expects that Lynch won’t sign with another company immediately, her free-agent status means she can officially receive offers from other promotions, which is highly likely.
