AEW’s Fright Night Dynamite took a dramatic turn as Mark Davis made a surprise appearance, confronting former partner Kyle Fletcher over his recent actions against Will Ospreay. Fletcher, who had called out Ospreay, instead found himself face-to-face with Davis, his Aussie Open partner.
Davis didn’t hold back, questioning Fletcher’s motives. In response, Fletcher justified his actions, claiming he “knew the truth about Ospreay” and adding, “You can forget about Will Ospreay because I’m sure he has forgotten about you.” Fletcher went on to invite Davis to join “the Family,” hinting at a new alliance.
In a tense exchange, Davis reminded Fletcher of their days in the United Empire, accusing him of destroying what they had built together. As Davis turned away, Fletcher, along with Don Callis, put the pressure on, stating that Davis would have to make a choice.
Davis, who has been out of action with an injury since October 2023, has yet to announce when he’ll be back in the ring. The confrontation leaves fans wondering what’s next for the former United Empire members and if Davis will align himself with Fletcher’s “Family.”
