WWE has a different way of doing things, and that includes Superstars getting time off. It appears that Logan Paul is banking on a very long hiatus from WWE after he lost the United States Title to LA Knight at SummerSlam 2024 in Cleveland Browns Stadium.

In September 2024, Logan Paul and Nina Agdal celebrated the birth of their baby. The Maverick took to his Instagram and uploaded photos of himself alongside Nina Agdal and their newborn daughter, Esmé Agdal Paul. That big moment in his life could keep him out of the ring for years.

During his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul was asked if he will be at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. He didn’t have the most positive response to that assumption. In fact, he doesn’t plan on being there.

“I don’t know [if I’ll be at WrestleMania 41] — there’s a chance I’m still on paternity leave.”

Logan Paul then said that he asked for two years of paternity leave from WWE. Everyone on the podcast seemed shocked by that, and his co-host called him out for lying. He remained coy about that, but still stuck to his guns.

Liv Morgan agreed to the two years, saying it doesn’t sound too unreasonable. After all, she doesn’t plan on coming back to pro wrestling after she has a kid. Logan Paul certainly doesn’t plan on making WrestleMania 41, unless he’s working fans in a big way by using his new baby in the process.

We will have to see if Logan Paul shows up again in WWE within the next two years. He is still working on other things, like his podcast and other ventures. Then again, he may just be taking a hiatus after losing his United States Title to LA Knight.
