Liv Morgan’s career in WWE certainly hit a peak over the past year or so, and she’s still on top of her game. Whether she’s crashing NXT with a baseball bat to take out Rhea Ripley in bloody fashion, or generating a ton of heat as a member of the Judgment Day, Liv Morgan is having a blast, and she’s not done yet.
WWE has been treating their contracts differently in recent memory. While some have decided to move on, whether they jump to AEW like Ricochet or enjoy time at home like Becky Lynch, contracts are being treated differently. Now we know what Liv Morgan’s five-year goal is after she inked a new deal in recent memory.
While speaking to Impaulsive, Logan Paul asked Liv Morgan about her five-year plan. Although she doesn’t have any plan on leaving WWE right now, she is making preparations for that life after pro wrestling. That being said, she just inked a five-year contract, so she isn’t going anywhere for half a decade.
“I’d like to be in WWE as long as they’d allow me, but on the same token, I am preparing and thinking about life outside of WWE, which you know isn’t going to be for a very, very long time, but as long as they’ll have me, I’m gonna be in WWE. I may retire after WWE. I may sit at home on my farm while my rentals pay my bills. Well, I just signed a new five-year deal, so my five-year plan is WWE.”
WWE has seen several notable names hang up their wrestling boots over the last few years. That being said, the phrase “never say never” is used around the pro wrestling business for a very good reason, because you really don’t know what can happen next. At least we know that Liv Morgan isn’t leaving WWE for another five years, as long as they’ll have her.
Although she did not explicitly say when her career will end, Liv Morgan did make it clear that she doesn’t see herself making a return to the ring after she has a child. We will have to see which happens first, whether it is pregnancy or some other situation that takes Morgan out of active competition.
Liv Morgan will certainly be missed whenever she does decide to leave the pro wrestling business. She has also accomplished a lot in WWE, so she also has nothing that she needs to regret whatsoever, except maybe that lesbian angle with Lana that went nowhere.
