The October 29th edition of WWE NXT promises to be a night worth remembering, dealing with the fallout from last week’s events and laying the groundwork for upcoming storylines as the era of NXT on the CW Network continues to go strong.
Nathan Frazer and Axiom have been booked as one of the greatest tag teams in NXT history and they will be putting their NXT Tag Team Championships on the line against Je’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander and the match is expected to be a very solid one.
Zaria made her presence felt during NXT Halloween Havoc as she utterly decimated the Pure Fusion Collective, making it clear she will be going after Fallon Henley’s NXT Women’s North American Championship. Before that, Zaria is set to make her in-ring debut on NXT this week against a mystery opponent, so we’ll have to see how she will fare in her debut match.
During NXT Halloween Havoc, Tatum Paxley mentioned needing medical attention after Choo stuffed her into a box earlier this week. In response to this incident, Paxley demanded a unique match against Choo. After spinning the wheel, she landed on the Casket Match stipulation for her match against Wendy Choo on NXT this week. Therefore, fans can expect their feud to finally end during this week’s show.
Former NXT General Manager William Regal will make a ringside appearance as his son Charlie Dempsey will defend the NXT Heritage Cup against Lexis King. Interestingly enough, Regal will be in King’s corner instead of his son, so fans can expect some drama during the bout.
Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans as it will be the third episode on the CW Network, so the hype is truly immeasurable. With the likes of Fraxiom, Lexis King and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. Ringside News will be providing live play-by-play coverage of tonight’s show over in our WWE NXT coverage hub. It promises to be a memorable episode for many reasons, so it remains to be seen how the episode will turn out.
WWE NXT will air live from The Factory at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET on the CW Network. Fans can also stream the entire show on Peacock and on-demand viewing.
