Vince McMahon may have left TKO Group Holdings and WWE behind, but the former executive isn’t slowing down.

According to a report from PWInsider, McMahon is in the process of establishing a new “entertainment hub company” focused on developing and producing film and television projects.

Sources close to the situation indicate that the company will steer clear of launching any wrestling-related ventures, instead focusing on fiction and non-fiction entertainment. This marks a clear departure from McMahon’s decades-long reign in the pro wrestling world.

Several former WWE executives and alumni are already involved in setting up the company, with the goal of unveiling the venture once McMahon’s ongoing legal battles are resolved.

Brad Blum, WWE’s former Chief Operating Officer, is heavily involved in the project. Blum left WWE following McMahon’s first “retirement” in 2022 but returned when McMahon came back to power. He later resigned in May 2024.

Kristen Prouty, WWE’s former liaison to Hollywood, is also onboard. Prouty, known for her role in the original Diva Search and for handling WWE’s entertainment partnerships, left the company earlier this year.

Interestingly, long-time McMahon ally Kevin Dunn is not part of the new project. The company is expected to be based in Los Angeles, a strategic move to position it at the heart of the entertainment industry.

With a team of former WWE insiders helping lay the foundation, the project aims to establish itself as a creative force once his legal troubles are behind him. As McMahon attempts to reinvent himself outside the wrestling world, it remains to be seen if his new company can achieve the same level of success he enjoyed in WWE.

McMahon’s exit from TKO came after serious allegations were brought against him by former WWE employee Janel Grant, which included disturbing claims. Although McMahon has denied the allegations, the legal case continues to cast a shadow over his future plans.
