Brock Lesnar has long been regarded as one of the most powerful athletes to ever step inside a WWE ring, and according to Hall of Famer JBL, his strength is nothing short of otherworldly.

During a recent episode of Backstage Pass with Joe Lowry, JBL and Gerald Brisco reminisced about their experiences with Lesnar, including a humorous story that perfectly captures the Beast Incarnate’s raw power.

JBL joked about Lesnar’s unmatched strength, going as far as to say that if Earth ever faced an alien invasion, he’d send Brock Lesnar to take care of it. “Look at him! Good grief! If aliens invade this planet, I’m sending out Brock Lesnar. They ain’t getting by him. I’ve never seen anything like it,” JBL exclaimed.

The former WWE Champion also shared a personal story about his initial hesitation before taking one of Lesnar’s infamous belly-to-belly suplexes. “We were in West Texas, and I said to him, ‘Hey Brock, are you sure? Not because of your strength, but because of my height. I’ve been thrown on my head a bunch,’” JBL recalled, expressing his concern.

But in true Lesnar fashion, the Beast responded with complete confidence. “He goes, ‘I’ve been suplexing people since I was five years old,’” JBL said with a laugh. Reluctantly, JBL agreed to go through with the suplex—and the result left him amazed.

“It was like being thrown by your daddy when you’re a small child,” JBL admitted. “I went, ‘Oh my God.’ I literally got up and said, ‘Do that again.’ And he did it again.”

The Hall of Famer’s story highlights both Lesnar’s unmatched strength and his ability to leave even seasoned veterans like JBL in awe. Whether it’s suplexing fellow wrestlers or taking on the hypothetical task of fending off an alien invasion, it’s clear that Lesnar’s reputation as a dominant force remains well-deserved.
