TNA fans were left stunned on October 27th as high-flying sensation El Hijo Del Vikingo suffered a knee injury during his match against Trent Seven at the iMPACT! tapings. The electrifying bout came to an abrupt halt when Vikingo landed awkwardly following a daring springboard corkscrew moonsault to the outside.

Witnesses reported that Vikingo was carted off on a stretcher as medical staff attended to him, raising concerns among fans about the severity of the injury.

Vikingo later took to Instagram to address his supporters, expressing gratitude despite the tough moment. “Thanks to my brother, Laredo Kid, for accompanying me and keeping an eye on me! I chose this sport, I am happy for the good and the bad. I will recover and come back stronger than ever. Thanks to everyone who sent me a message!”

In true warrior spirit, Vikingo shared a video of the injury on his Instagram stories, showing fans exactly what happened during the ill-fated move. The clip quickly circulated on social media, with fans and peers alike offering their support and sending prayers for the Mexican star’s speedy recovery.
