WWE’s Halloween Havoc at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, brought twists, turns, and a major title change.

One of the night’s standout moments came during the NXT Women’s North American Championship Spinner’s Choice Match, where Kelani Jordan faced an uphill battle against multiple members of the Pure Fusion Collective. Although Jordan fought valiantly through a grueling gauntlet match, she ultimately lost her title to Fallon Henley.

Kelani’s real-life boyfriend, Carmelo Hayes, wasted no time in taking to Twitter to share his thoughts on her performance and title reign. Hayes, who is known for his own success on the NXT brand, expressed his pride and admiration for Jordan despite the heartbreaking loss.

“3 matches ain’t easy by any means. My girl a dog. GREAT title reign @kelani_wwe, next chapter gonna go crazy. Head up #HalloweenHavoc,” Hayes wrote, showing his unwavering support.

Kelani’s journey during Halloween Havoc was anything but easy. The Spinner’s Choice stipulation required her to face not one, but three members of the Pure Fusion Collective in a gauntlet match. After defeating Jazmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne, the exhausted Jordan squared off against Fallon Henley. Despite coming close to victory, a perfectly timed distraction by Jacy Jayne allowed Henley to counter Kelani’s high-risk moonsault, sealing the win with a devastating knee strike.

While Kelani may have lost the title, the emotional support from Carmelo Hayes and the passion she displayed at Halloween Havoc suggest that she’s ready to bounce back stronger than ever. With Zaria also making a surprise appearance and targeting Pure Fusion Collective, the NXT Women’s North American division seems poised for exciting new storylines.
