Tony D’Angelo Teases Involvement of Popular ECW Faction for 11/6 WWE NXT Show

WWE is seeing consistent growth, especially since NXT’s recent shift to the CW Network. Three episodes have aired so far under this new partnership, and WWE is gearing up for a special episode next month at the iconic ECW arena. Tony D’Angelo has hinted that a popular ECW faction might make an appearance for the show.

As previously reported, WWE had booked the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, although the exact date was not confirmed. It was then announced that NXT would be held on Wednesday, November 6, at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, which used to be called the ECW Arena. The event will be shown live on The CW at 8 pm ET and there was already a lot of hype for the show.

While speaking on The Takedown, Tony D’Angelo asked about the potential for an FBI appearance alongside the D’Angelo family, specifically mentioning well-known members Big Vito, Little Guido, and Nunzio for the November 6th NXT show. D’Angelo clarified that he couldn’t speak officially on behalf of the company regarding future plans. However, he enthusiastically admitted that he personally would love to see it happen. D’Angelo noted the rich history the Full Blooded Italians hold within the building and expressed that teaming them with the D’Angelo family would be a great collaboration.

D’Angelo added that he might reach out to Nunzio, hinting at possible connections to make it happen, and even suggested that he knows a few of Nunzio’s contacts who might help bring this idea to fruition.

“I’m not able to speak on the company’s behalf as far as that goes, but, you know, do I selfishly want that to happen? Absolutely. I think that would be very cool, especially with all the history that the FBI has in that building. I think it would be great for the D’Angelo family to work with the FBI. We’ll see what Nunzio is doing; maybe I’ll give him a call. I know a few guys he works with, so maybe we can put something together.“

We have also reported that Bully Ray will be in attendance for the November 6th show as well. Therefore, we’ll have to wait and see whether the Full Blooded Italians will make an appearance on the show next month, as fans would love for that to happen.
