LA Knight may be receiving some of the loudest crowd reactions in WWE today, but when it comes to his WrestleMania XL debut earlier this year, he insists it was simply “business as usual.”

During an interview with 105.1 The Bounce, Knight discussed what it felt like to step into the ring against AJ Styles for his WrestleMania debut. While some wrestlers describe their first WrestleMania moment as a dream come true, Knight approached it with a different mindset.

“I’d love to tell you that it was everything I ever dreamed of, but honestly, it felt like business as usual,” Knight said. “I came in, did my work, and my work is getting into that 20 by 20 ring and going face to face with another man. Me and AJ went at it hard, so it was a physical fight for sure. But it wasn’t just eye-opening for me—my friends and family, like my mom, became instant fans after being there. Suddenly, she’s like, ‘Oh my God, it’s all I can think about!’ Snoop Dogg showed up, and it was just this wild night. It was amazing, but for me? Just another night at the office.”

Knight went on to defeat AJ Styles in his WrestleMania debut, marking a major milestone in his WWE career. Since then, his momentum hasn’t slowed down—Knight currently reigns as WWE United States Champion, continuing to be a fan favorite with his natural charisma and hard-hitting performances.
