Joe Hendry isn’t holding back his confusion ahead of his TNA World Championship match against Nic Nemeth at TNA Bound For Glory. While the high-stakes showdown already has fans buzzing, the decision to insert Frankie Kazarian as the special guest referee has raised some eyebrows—including Hendry’s.

During an interview with TheOneMonaa, Hendry voiced his skepticism about the need for a guest referee, especially one with complicated relationships with both competitors.

“I think everyone is confused about that,” Hendry said. “I think everyone’s confused as to why there is a special guest referee, and especially why it is Frankie Kazarian. I’m not sure who okayed that or thought it was a good idea, but here we are.”

Hendry didn’t mince words about his concerns over Kazarian’s role, adding, “I think I’m going to have to have eyes on the back of my head here because, obviously, Kazarian does not like myself or Nic Nemeth, but I can guarantee he hates me just a little bit more.”

Despite the uncertainty, Hendry remains focused on the task ahead. “I do know that when my fans get behind me, there’s nothing I can’t do, so I’m ready for all eventualities,” he said confidently.
