You never know what will happen every week when WWE brings their shows to live television. This week’s SmackDown in Brooklyn was pre-taped a bit ahead of time, and that gave us an incredible spoiler with a big title change during the October 25 WWE SmackDown.

We previously reported that the Motor City Machine Guns beat #DIY to become the new #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Titles. It was not known at the time when that title match would happen, but they actually didn’t have to wait long.

The Motor City Machine Guns secured a victory over #DIY and were soon confronted by The Bloodline in the ring. Solo Sikoa welcomed the Guns to SmackDown and immediately challenged them to a tag team title match. Despite Nick Aldis stepping in to advocate for a fair opportunity for the Guns, who had given 20 years to professional wrestling, the challenge was accepted on the spot.

As the match went down, tensions escalated with Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns getting involved, turning the bout into an all-out brawl. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu joined the fray, further intensifying the situation. Amid the chaos, the referee was taken out, and chairs were introduced into the match.

With the match spiraling out of control, a masked Jey Uso jumped the barricade and entered the ring, helping to tip the balance. His interference played a pivotal role in the ongoing brawl, as he targeted The Bloodline and evened the odds for the Guns.

In the end, The Motor City Machine Guns capitalized on the chaos and secured a stunning victory over The Bloodline, becoming the new WWE Tag Team Champions. We will have to see how things pan out for The Bloodline from this point on. It’s only fair since they cost Jey Uso his IC Title on RAW this week.
