WWE has a lot of things going on as Crown Jewel is on the horizon. During this week’s jam-packed SmackDown in Brooklyn, they added even more to the night in Saudi Arabia.
During the October 25 WWE SmackDown, they announced Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair vs. Damage CTRL vs. Piper Niven & Chelsea Green vs. Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson for Crown Jewel. That WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match adds to a Crown Jewel card that is loading up in a big way.
Kevin Owens and Randy Orton was also booked for Crown Jewel this week on SmackDown. Triple H got involved in the segment, saying that he was trying to protect Orton from Owens. In the end, that match got booked.
WWE’s 2024 Crown Jewel event has several exciting matches already announced. One of the headliners will feature GUNTHER, Raw’s World Heavyweight Champion, facing off against Cody Rhodes, SmackDown’s Undisputed WWE Champion, in a singles match for the inaugural WWE Crown Jewel Championship.
Also, in the women’s division, Raw’s Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan, will take on SmackDown’s WWE Women’s Champion, Nia Jax, in a singles match to determine the first-ever WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.
Additionally, Seth “Freakin” Rollins will square off against Bronson Reed in another highly anticipated singles match. WWE Crown Jewel is set to be a big event on November 2, and we will have continued updates here at Ringside News.
