Jeff Hardy Addresses Daughters Potentially Becoming Wrestlers

Jeff Hardy made his return to TNA earlier this year and has been on a solid run with his brother Matt Hardy. Wrestling is truly in Jeff Hardy’s blood and that’s exactly why he has recently addressed whether his daughters would potentially become wrestlers.

Jeff Hardy is arguably one of the most talented wrestlers of his generation. His charisma and high-risk style earned him a massive fan following throughout his career. Although injuries and personal challenges have limited his time in the ring in recent years, Hardy has continued to wrestle. However, his persistence in the ring hasn’t won over his daughters.

In a recent interview with TV Insider, Jeff Hardy reflected on a time in 2017-18 when he envisioned his daughters potentially becoming the first-ever female tag team wrestlers known as the Hardy Girls. However, that idea now seems unlikely, as neither of his daughters shows much interest in professional wrestling. Hardy shared that when he takes risks in the ring, they often question him about his actions, asking why he continues to jump off things.

“I’d say back in 2017, 2018, I was talking about, ‘Wow, I’m going to have the first-ever female tag team wrestlers called the Hardy Girls.’ Both my girls don’t show much interest in pro wrestling at all. When I’m jumping off stuff they are like, ‘Dad, why are you still doing this?'”

Jeff Hardy is currently teaming up with his brother Matt Hardy as they will compete in a Full Metal Mayhem match at Bound for Glory this week. Nonetheless, The Charismatic Enigma has simply accepted the fact that his daughters won’t become professional wrestlers, and that may not change anytime soon.
