WWE Hall of Famer JBL has been making appearances at various independent wrestling events, marking an unexpected return outside of WWE. Interestingly enough, he has now confirmed he underwent stem cell therapy ahead of a potential in-ring return.
In the past several weeks, JBL has been making headlines by appearing at several high-profile events. He first made an appearance alongside Nic Nemeth at AAA’s Triplemania event, followed by a shocking return at GCW’s Homecoming event and then on Ohio Valley Wrestling, before returning to TNA again.
JBL took to Twitter and revealed that he underwent stem cell treatment and is now able to work out without pain for the first time in decades. He posted a photo of himself in the gym, expressing his excitement about his newfound abilities.
JBL mentioned that after receiving stem cells from Integrated Pain Management in New Jersey, he was surprised at how much he could do during his first workout. JBL humorously hinted at a comeback, suggesting it might be the biggest since the resurrection.
”First time in a couple of decades, pain free and able to work out. Got stem cells from Integrated Pain Management in New Jersey-and my first workout, hard to believe I’m able to do things I couldn’t do for years.
Comeback? Yeah, biggest since the resurrection.”
For the record, JBL is reportedly under a Legends deal with the company. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see whether the WWE Hall of Famer will end up returning to the ring soon enough, as fans would love to see him wrestle again.
