Stephanie McMahon Breaks Social Media Silence After 21 Months to Confirm WWE WrestleMania 41 Appearance

Stephanie McMahon has played a crucial role in WWE for many years, helping to shape the company’s success in multiple positions. Although she hasn’t been actively involved in the company’s operations since 2023, she recently returned to social media after a 21-month hiatus to announce her appearance at WrestleMania 41.

Stephanie McMahon had taken a leave of absence to focus on her family but returned to WWE in 2022 when her father, Vince McMahon, was under investigation. However, when Vince returned as Executive Chairman of the WWE Board of Directors last year, it led to Stephanie’s resignation from the company.

In a surprising move, Vince McMahon stepped down from his position as Executive Chairman of TKO Group Holdings following sexual trafficking allegations. This change paved the way for Stephanie’s return at WrestleMania 40 and her appearance at the WWE Draft earlier this year and then at SummerSlam as well.

Stephanie McMahon announced her resignation from WWE on January 11, 2023, via a social media post. Just two days later, she revealed that she had undergone surgery and has since remained inactive on social media. Today, she returned to announce her attendance at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. The 48-year-old also shared a message to her husband Triple H on Instagram, expressing her excitement about being back for the event, as she made her first post on Instagram in 21 months.

“I’m ready, @tripleh! Can’t wait to be back in Vegas for The showcase of The Immortals #WrestleMania 41 on April 19 and 20!”

Vince Russo suggested that Stephanie McMahon might have a bigger role behind the scenes at WWE than many people think. He noted that he has received information from multiple sources indicating that McMahon is actively involved with the company again, even though WWE is keeping this news private.
