Max Caster, known for his entertaining raps and energetic performances as part of The Acclaimed in AEW, has a reputation for stirring the pot. Recently, he seemingly approved of an indie promotion that is incorporating Drew Gulak’s harassment allegations into their storyline.

Caster is equally known for his controversial pre-match raps on AEW programming, which have sometimes landed him in hot water. He was once suspended for a rap that referenced sensitive topics, including Simone Biles’ mental health, the Duke Lacrosse rape accusations, and fake PCR tests.

Earlier this year, Ronda Rousey accused Drew Gulak of harassment and making her feel uncomfortable. At a recent Beyond Wrestling event, Drew Gulak and Masha Slamovich participated in a controversial segment. Gulak questioned Slamovich about whether she ever felt unsafe or uncomfortable around him in the locker room. After she replied that she hadn’t, Gulak unexpectedly told her she should have felt that way and then attacked her.

”Anytime we’ve been in Beyond Wrestling, did I ever make you feel uncomfortable? At any time, did you feel like I was a danger in the locker room? Well, you should have.”

This segment attracted attention for using real-life accusations against Gulak as part of a storyline. Many fans and critics expressed their disapproval, viewing it as an inappropriate way to handle serious issues within a storyline. They took to social media to criticize both the promotion and its owner for the decision.

Max Caster took to Twitter and commented on a video of the segment, as he expressed his approval of Beyond Wrestling incorporating the harassment allegations in the storyline, stating that he loves it.

Love this!!! 👏

While it is likely Max Caster is simply playing up on his internet persona, many fans still feel that he shouldn’t have shown his approval for Drew Gulak’s segment, as it sets a bad example for others.
