Mandy Rose has experienced a whirlwind journey since her unexpected exit from WWE in December 2022. Since leaving the company, she has truly built her own empire in a big way and ensured fans continue to love her no matter what. In fact, she has shown off her recovery process two months after her bodybuilding competition.
A few months ago, Mandy Rose announced she would compete in the WBFF Bikini World Championship, marking her return to bodybuilding after almost ten years. The former NXT Women’s Champion had been training hard to get ready for the competition. Rose confidently walked down the ramp as a contestant back in August, showing her dedication and self-assurance.
The former WWE Superstar took to her Instagram and uploaded a video of herself wearing a red bikini, showcasing her recovery progress two months after her bodybuilding competition. In the video, she mentioned that even though it’s considered “off-season,” she feels there really isn’t one for her. She expressed that she is a little over two months post-competition and is feeling great about her recovery and balanced lifestyle.
“Off-season” but really there is no off season! – I’m a little over 2 months post competition & I feel great with my recovery and well balanced lifestyle! 👌🏼 #consistency 💯”
Regarding her career in professional wrestling, Mandy Rose admitted that she is unsure about her in-ring return following her appearance at the BLP Wrestler’s Combine event earlier this year. Nonetheless, Rose will continue to do what makes her happy and that’s all that matters to her at the moment.
