The October 16, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite promises to be an exciting event from start to finish as it is the first episode of the show following the events of WrestleDream and there are tons of matches for fans to sink their teeth into.
The AEW TBS Champion and NJPW Strong Champion Mercedes Mone will be in action against Queen Aminata in a singles match. Considering the talent of both in-ring competitors, it is sure to be a solid bout.
Shelton Benjamin made his AEW debut during the October 2nd episode of Dynamite and it was confirmed that he will be squaring off against Lio Rush during this week’s episode of Dynamite, in what will be Benjamin’s in-ring debut. Therefore, fans are excited to see how Benjamin will fare against the highly talented Lio Rush.
Adam Cole made a shocking comeback during the WrestleDream pay-per-view and immediately ran off MJF, who was trying to attack Daniel Garcia. Cole is set to appear on Dynamite this week and might just end up having a physical confrontation with MJF on the show.
Jon Moxley defeated Bryan Danielson at AEW WrestleDream to become the new World Champion and then the Blackpool Combat Club proceeded to brutally assault The American Dragon. Moxley is set to make his first appearance as champion since WrestleDream and fans wonder what he will have to say.
AEW clearly has more matches for fans to enjoy during Dynamite this week. Jay White will be taking on Christian Cage in singles competition, FTR will facing off against Bryan Keith & Big Bill and finally, The Conglomeration will battle against The Elite in tag team action.
Tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite has several solid matches featuring Mercedes Mone, Jay White and many more, so it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss.
