TNA’s rising star Joe Hendry is turning up the heat ahead of TNA Bound for Glory 2024 with a daring and playful callout to none other than Detroit’s own rap legend, Eminem!

Taking to Twitter, Hendry issued a public invitation to the iconic rapper, hoping to have Eminem in his corner as he battles for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. In true Hendry fashion, he made his ask loud and clear:

“Hey @Eminem, you are officially invited to be in my corner in Detroit at TNA BFG 👏👏 How many likes does this need?”

With Bound for Glory set to take place in Detroit—Eminem’s hometown—the idea of Slim Shady making an appearance has sent shockwaves through the wrestling world. Fans are buzzing with excitement over the possibility of Eminem stepping into the TNA universe, bringing his signature Detroit energy to one of the biggest wrestling events of the year.

Joe Hendry’s journey to this massive opportunity started back at Victory Road, where he defeated Josh Alexander to stake his claim to the title. But the road to Bound for Glory got even more intense when Frankie Kazarian also wanted a shot at TNA gold. This led to current champion Nic Nemeth suggesting a triple threat match, but the match was eventually changed later to a singles match between Nemeth and Hendry.

As we inch closer to the October 26th event, the stakes couldn’t be higher. With Joe Hendry calling on Eminem for backup, fans are on the edge of their seats wondering if the rap superstar will accept this bold invitation and add even more electricity to the championship showdown.

TNA Bound for Glory will take place on October 26, 2024, at Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit, Michigan. As a reminder, Ringside News will have live play-by-play coverage of the event.

So, what do you think? Will Eminem step into the wrestling world and have Joe Hendry's back in Detroit? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
