Shinsuke Nakamura made a name for himself in NJPW, where he ruled the roost as the King of Strong Style but some feel his WWE run should’ve been better. He has a deep love for Japanese wrestling in general, and so it was not really any surprise that Nakamura would be returning to Pro Wrestling NOAH next year.

WWE and Pro Wrestling NOAH have been collaborating for quite a while now. After all, their partnership began in 2023 which saw Shinsuke Nakamura squaring off against the Great Muta at NOAH’s New Year show on January 1st, 2023.

Pro Wrestling NOAH took to their official Twitter account and uploaded a video of Shinsuke Nakamura cutting a promo, as it was officially announced that the King of Strong Style will be making his return to NOAH at Nippon Budokan on New Year’s Day in 2025.

”🚨 A message arrived from [Shinsuke Nakamura] ‼‼ Back in the NOAH ring… The stage is Nippon Budokan on New Year’s Day ‼‼ \ Nakamura: “NOAH, it’s been a while. After that miraculous fight, #WWE SHINSUKE NAKAMURA will return to Nippon Budokan on New Year’s Day! Who will be standing in front of me? Let’s get excited. Yaaaao!”

This is certainly big news for fans of Shinsuke Nakamura, as they definitely loved his performance against The Great Muta last year. Therefore, it remains to be seen who will end up squaring off against the former United States Champion next year, as WWE and Pro Wrestling NOAH’s partnership continues to get stronger.
