WWE’s Bad Blood 2024 event in Atlanta ended in an unexpected way for Cody Rhodes. Outside his tour bus, Kevin Owens confronted Rhodes, leading to a brawl that only stopped when others intervened. This week on SmackDown, Cody Rhodes tried to address the incident, and Randy Orton was there to help out. Sadly, things didn’t turn out so well.

During the October 11 SmackDown, things escalated quickly in this situation. Owens’ actions seemed to be the result of weeks of building frustration, which had become evident in recent storylines.

Just as the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match was about to start, Kevin Owens rushed into the ring with a microphone. He revealed that he had been fined and suspended for his attack on Rhodes and was told to stay away from the event in Greenville, South Carolina.

Cody Rhodes suddenly ran toward the ring, but WWE officials quickly moved to stop him. Randy Orton then appeared, urging Cody to calm down, before entering the ring himself to try and restrain Owens.

In a sudden turn, Owens struck Orton with a back elbow, prompting Orton to retaliate with a punch. Owens hit the mat, stunned and furious, as the segment ended with chaos still unfolding. The situation remains unresolved, and it’s clear that this story is far from over.
