Former WWE Superstar Trevor Lee, better known to fans as Cameron Grimes, is set to kick off the highly anticipated debut event for Scott D’Amore’s Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling.
The event, titled Forged in Excellence, will open with a six-man tag match featuring Trevor Lee, who will team up with Rocky Romero and Alex Zayne to take on the Canadian trio of Josh Alexander, Stu Grayson, and El Phantasmo.
This match is part of the launch weekend for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling, which will hold two events from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, on October 19 and October 20. Both nights will air as live pay-per-views on Triller TV.
Lee’s return to the independent scene is generating buzz, as this marks his first major appearance outside of WWE since leaving the company. Known for his high-energy style and charisma, Trevor Lee is set to bring his dynamic presence to Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling’s debut, setting the tone for what promises to be an exciting weekend.
