Taz is on the mend! The AEW commentator and wrestling legend recently shared that his total knee replacement surgery was a success.

Before the Five Year Anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite, Taz revealed he’d be stepping away from the commentary booth for a while to undergo the procedure after being ambushed in a parking lot.

Taking to X Taz gave fans an update, posting: “Look on my face when I requested room 13 and they missed by 5! 😳 Surgery went well, now the work begins.”

While he’s recovering, Taz wasted no time promoting the AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday special, reminding fans to tune in at 9 p.m. ET. His son, HOOK, is scheduled to appear on the show, calling out the people responsible for attacking Taz.
