The October 1 edition of NXT was a milestone as the show made its debut on the CW Network, delivering a night full of memorable moments for fans. Building on that momentum, NXT is aiming for a similar impact with the October 8th edition. Adding to the excitement, Jey Uso has officially confirmed that he will appear on the show as well.
The October 8 will be held at The Factory in Chesterfield, Missouri, which is part of the St. Louis market. The episode promises to be packed with action, including Randy Orton’s return to the ring, as well as several championship matches and a special appearance by rapper Sexyy Red.
On the October 7th episode of WWE Raw, Jey Uso successfully defended his WWE Intercontinental Championship by defeating Xavier Woods. After the match, Bron Breakker attacked Uso, escalating their rivalry. In a WWE Raw exclusive, Uso voiced his frustration with Breakker and hinted at a rematch.
When Jackie Redmond asked about rumors of him staying in St. Louis, Uso confirmed he’d be appearing on the October 8th episode of NXT. Excited about his continued involvement, he gave a shoutout to St. Louis and mentioned staying for one more night in NXT.
“Hell yeah, we can confirm that. What up, Sexyy Red? St. Louis’ own. You know what I’m saying? But hell yeah, I’m gonna stay one more night in NXT. I’ll be at NXT so we can yeet.”
Fans are excited to see if the October 8th episode of NXT will be as memorable as last week’s debut on the CW Network. With NXT starting a new chapter, Jey Uso’s involvement in the show has made people even more eager to watch. We’ll have to wait and see if this episode will be another standout moment for NXT.
