Creative Mind Behind CM Punk’s 10/7 WWE RAW Promo

CM Punk was very busy in the past few days, as he went through a war with Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell match at Bad Blood and then followed it up with an appearance on RAW this week. Punk cut an emotional promo on RAW and now the creative mind behind the promo has been revealed.

CM Punk began the October 7th episode of RAW but didn’t make it to the ring. He spoke to the crowd, saying he was happy to be in Saint Louis, even though he was in a lot of pain. He mentioned that he couldn’t get in the ring and that smiling hurt.

“It hurts to smile, but I had to come here and see you. I’m alive, but it doesn’t feel like it. I’m a winner, but it doesn’t feel like I won.”

Punk opened up about his Hell in a Cell match, saying it left him with many questions. He felt more hurt than ever and wasn’t sure what would happen next. He thanked his fans, WWE coworkers, and even his critics, saying their negativity pushed him to succeed. Punk ended by saying he was going home to be with his wife and joked that he needed to buy flowers. He thanked the fans and said he was unsure when he would return but appreciated their support.

According to a report by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Alexandra Williams is the creative mind responsible for CM Punk’s promo during this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

We have also reported that CM Punk is not expected to appear for the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event on November 2nd, likely due to his stance on WWE’s deal with Saudi Arabia. Nonetheless, fans will certainly miss CM Punk during his absence from WWE television, but it’s certain they will be excited for his next feud upon his return.
