It looks like things are heating up behind the scenes at WWE Raw! A new report reveals that there’s some serious frustration brewing after the October 7th episode, and it’s all about the booking of the night’s 10-woman tag team match.

Lyra Valkyria, Natalya, Zelina Vega, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter took on Pure Fusion Collective and Unholy Union, but the action only got a little over seven minutes of airtime. Making matters worse, a commercial break took up a big chunk of the match, leaving both fans and wrestlers feeling shortchanged.

According to Fightful Select, WWE talent and staff are frustrated with the way this match was handled. The lack of direction for the female superstars involved and the short duration of the bout has people talking, and not in a good way. There are also some backstage murmurs about “growing pains” with WWE’s recent shift back to a two-hour format, which might explain why this match didn’t get the spotlight it deserved.

“There was some frustration internally with the booking of the women’s match, the perceived lack of direction for the talent involved, and a commercial consuming much of the match.”
