Injuries are commonplace in the world of professional wrestling as they can happen at any given moment inside the squared circle. Unfortunately, it appears that an AEW star will be out of action after suffering a biceps injury recently.

Anthony Henry took to Twitter and announced that he suffered a torn bicep during his recent match against Gabe Kidd, which was taped for an upcoming episode of ROH on HonorClub.

Due to the injury, he will need surgery and will be sidelined for an indefinite period. Henry expressed his regret about being out of action and apologized to fans for any disappointment, as he prepares to begin his recovery process.

”I,unfortunately, have to announce that I’m out of commission for the foreseeable future. During my match with Gabe Kidd this past Saturday, I tore my left biceps off the bone. Surgery this week, and then I start the road to recovery. I am sorry to any fans I am letting down.”

This is certainly unfortunate news for Anthony Henry, who had been back to in-ring action after recovering from a broken jaw injury a few months ago. Regardless, we wish him all the best and hope he will be able to make his in-ring return sooner rather than later.
