Goldberg’s status as a free agent after his WWE contract expired sparked plenty of speculation regarding a potential retirement match. However, his surprise return at Bad Blood last week caught everyone off guard. Following an intense confrontation with GUNTHER, Triple H has now teased future talks with Goldberg.

At the Bad Blood Premium Live Event, tensions flared when WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER confronted Goldberg. While Goldberg was enjoying the show with his family in the crowd, GUNTHER insulted him, labeling him a “one-trick pony” in an attempt to provoke a reaction.

As Goldberg tried to respond to the taunt, security stepped in to prevent him from entering the ring. In the chaos, Sami Zayn took advantage of the situation by charging at GUNTHER, adding to the drama leading into the upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw.

Triple H took to Twitter and uploaded a video of himself meeting backstage with Goldberg, as they seemed to have a nice talk and embraced each other. What’s interesting is the fact that The Game teased that he will have more talks with Goldberg soon.

”Thanks for coming to #WWEBadBlood @Goldberg . We’ll talk more very soon…”

Fans will have to wait and see if the WWE Hall of Famer will make his in-ring return soon, especially since Goldberg hasn’t competed in a WWE match since his encounter with Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber 2022. After all, there might be a chance that Goldberg makes a surprise appearance on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW.
