Bayley remains one of the most accomplished WWE Superstars in the women’s division, and she had a high-stakes match against Nia Jax at Bad Blood for the WWE Women’s Championship. Bayley appeared to sustain an injury during her match and now we have an update on her status which will put fans at ease.

Facing Nia Jax was already tough, but during the match, Bayley also looked like she injured her knee. At one point, Nia surprised everyone by doing a hurricanrana, adding even more pressure to the match.

As the match progressed, Bayley was visibly limping, suggesting a possible knee injury. The situation seemed serious, especially given her struggles to stay on her feet. This sparked concern backstage, particularly with the company already dealing with a string of injuries—like Braun Strowman’s groin tear and a recent update on AJ Styles.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Bayley’s knee injury was actually part of the storyline, a planned element of the match, and not a legitimate cause for concern. Therefore, fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Bayley will be able to compete inside the squared circle again.

Nia Jax would ultimately defeat Bayley when all was said and done. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see what the future holds for Bayley, now that her feud with Nia Jax is over. Perhaps she will begin another longstanding feud soon enough, as fans simply want Bayley to remain a highlight on WWE television no matter what.
