WWE Superstars consistently put their bodies on the line in the ring, facing the constant risk of injury. Unfortunately for fans, it appears that Braun Strowman will be sidelined for an extended period following a torn groin injury.

During the September 30 WWE RAW in Evansville, Indiana, Braun Strowman competed against Bronson Reed in a much-hyped Last Monster Standing match that was chaotic and resulted in the ring breaking down. It also didn’t end well for the Monster of all Monsters.

In the closing moments of the match, Seth Rollins made a surprise return, delivering a curb stomp to Reed, which helped Strowman secure the victory. However, it was later confirmed that Strowman suffered a torn groin.

The recovery time for an athlete with a torn groin can vary significantly depending on the severity of the injury. It generally falls into three grades: Grade 1 is a mild strain that usually requires 1–2 weeks of rest before returning to exercise, with normal movement possible within a few days. Grade 2 is a more serious strain that can take 2–3 months to heal. Grade 3 is a severe strain, where most or all of the muscle is torn, potentially requiring 4 months or more for recovery.

At this point, it remains unclear how long Strowman will be out of action. He was actively involved in WWE storylines prior to his injury, but he will need to be fully healed before any future plans for his character can be developed. Fans will have to be patient as they await his return to the ring.
