The Countdown To WWE Bad Blood Kickoff Pre-Show opens up with a shot of the city of Atlanta as Megan Morant and Sam Roberts welcomes us. We then see a video of the Hell in a Cell structure being constructed followed by the arrivals of “The Best In The World” CM Punk, “The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre and The Bloodline. The pre-show panel then runs through the card for tonight’s show.
Peter Rosenberg then checks in while standing outside the host venue with a group of fans. Jackie Redmond then stands backstage and speaks about the Hell in a Cell match. Redmond then sends it to Cathy Kelley, who is in another part of the backstage area and also speaks about the Hell in a Cell match.
We then get a video package on the Hell in a Cell match.
We then see the arrivals of The Terror Twins (Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest) and The Judgment Day followed by some behind the scenes footage of “The Best In The World” CM Punk and Larry. Punk speaks about the importance of rescuing dogs and plugs the PAWS animal shelter in Chicago. Punk then says Larry is named after “The Wolf Man” Larry Talbot. Punk then speaks about some dogs being forgotten misfits and says that’s what Larry is. Punk then speaks about Drew McIntyre stealing the bracelet and using Larry to make things extremely personal. Punk then says he hopes to end McIntyre’s career to show that it’s a line you do not cross.
We then see the hosts Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill and Naomi for tonight’s WWE Bad Blood PLE arrive at the arena.
We then see Jackie Redmond interview WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. Jackie asks Morgan how they got to this point. Morgan says she and Ripley were tag team partners and she cannot verbalize the love and care she had for Ripley. Morgan then says on April 18, 2022, they had a tag title match and they lost and after the match Ripley attacked her. Morgan then says she was confused. Morgan then mentions her success with Raquel Rodriguez and she thinks Ripley was jealous of her success. Morgan then talks about being injured in July of 2023 by Ripley. Morgan then says she came up with the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour to get everything that Ripley took from her. Jackie then asks if Dominik isn’t really innocent in this. Dominik says he never meant what he said to Morgan and Morgan believes him. Morgan then says Dominik did the right thing and they are the hottest and most iconic couple in WWE. Jackie then asks about not being able to help Morgan against Ripley and Dominik says Morgan has already beaten Ripley twice. Dominik then says he worries about Morgan, but there is no worry tonight. Jackie then asks if a victory tonight will be the end of the Revenge Tour. Morgan says Ripley set up this match so when she beats her, there are no more excuses for Ripley so the tour will be over.
We then get a video package on the Damian Priest vs. Finn Bálor Match.
We then see more wrestlers arrive at the arena.
We then see WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax being interviewed by Cathy Kelley earlier this week. Kelley asks Jax about her history with Bayley. Jax talks about their NXT match in London and says they were blazing a new path for women’s wrestling at that point. Jax then says it was a huge opportunity and the energy in the building was insane. Jax then talks about how she was gunning for Asuka and Bayley for the title. Kelley then asks about her time away from WWE. Jax says it was the best thing to happen to her. Jax then says it restored her passion and love for wrestling. Jax then says it was one of the best things to happen to her as it allowed her to reset ‘Nia Jax’. Jax then berates Kelley for suggesting that she is not the current Queen of the Ring. Jax then says she will beat the crap out of Bayley, but she cannot sleep on Bayley. Jax then says she knows what Bayley can do and she will put her down so she won’t have to deal with her for a long time.
We then get a video package on the match between WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax and Bayley.
We then take a look at some moments from the history of the Hell in a Cell match.
We then get a video package on the main event tag team match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Jackie Redmond, Big E and Peter Rosenberg then talk about the main event. Big E says he is tired of oddball tag teams and whether they will work together or not, but he is intrigued by Reigns and Rhodes and doesn’t know how they can lose if they do work together. Rosenberg then says it’s not a Bloodline Rules match, but asks isn’t it always Bloodline rules. Rosenberg then wonders who is out there lurking to make sure Sikoa and Fatu don’t lose.
Morant and Roberts then hype tonight’s PLE once more and the Countdown To WWE Bad Blood Kickoff Pre-Show comes to a close.
WWE Bad Blood opens up with Samantha Irvin being introduced. Irvin then sings God Bless America while standing in the middle of the ring.
Michael Cole then welcomes us to the show while video footage was shown of CM Punk arriving at the arena and Drew McIntyre checking out the Hell in a Cell structure. We then get video footage of Finn Bálor, Carlito and JD McDonagh walking backstage as well as Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest walking together.
We then get the Bad Blood opening video package. It was a cinematic video that featured WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes meeting up in a parking area. Levesque wanted Cody to do a stakeout with Metro Boomin. Cody and Metro then did their stakeout of the host venue. After the WWE footage aired, Cody tells Metro it is time.
Triple H is then shown walking backstage. Michael Cole says Triple H had promised a historic announcement. Pyro then shoots off the stage and Cody Rhodes and Metro Boomin are shown arriving in the parking area.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are now standing in the ring with Naomi and are introduced as the hosts of the show by ring announcer Samantha Irvin. Cargill, Belair and Naomi says it will be a historic night and it was their job to get things started with Hell in a Cell. The Hell in a Cell structure is then lowered while some music is being played. Cole then lists the attendance for tonight’s PLE as 16,902.
We then get the entrances of the first match of the night, which is a Hell in a Cell Match as WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg and rapper Killer Mike was shown at ringside.
The match starts off with both men staring each other down. Both men then exchange right hands with one another and McIntyre sends Punk crashing into the corner and delivers some strikes on him. Punk then responds with right and left hands of his own, but McIntyre delivers more right hands on Punk. McIntyre then sends Punk out of the ring and looks to send him crashing into the side of the cage, but Punk prevents McIntyre from doing so using his boot. Punk then sends McIntyre into the side of the cage and sends his head bouncing off it, then grabs a table from under the ring and slides it inside. Punk then grabs a chair and looks to hit McIntyre with it outside of the ring, but McIntyre grabs it from Punk and nails him with it. McIntyre then sends Punk crashing into the ring steps and kicks him on the side of his neck. McIntyre then grabs a toolbox from under the ring and empties it out. McIntyre then grabs a wrench and looks to hit Punk with it, but Punk sees McIntyre coming and delivers some right hands on him. Punk then grabs the wrench and jams it into McIntyre’s head before sending him back in the ring. McIntyre then hits a boot on Punk’s head and sets up the table he slid into the ring, but Punk stops McIntyre and sends him crashing into the side of the table throat first. Punk then grabs one of the legs of the table and uses it to continue wearing down McIntyre’s throat. Punk then sends McIntyre crashing spine first into the other leg still attached to the table and looks to use it to injure McIntyre’s eye. McIntyre then fights Punk off and rolls out of the ring, but Punk follows McIntyre out and gets him up on his shoulders. McIntyre then escapes and hits a Claymore Kick on Punk.
McIntyre then sends Punk crashing into the side of the cage head first, then grabs one of the ring steps and hits Punk in the head with it. McIntyre then sends Punk crashing into it face first and stomps on his head, then sends him back in the ring and jams the wrench into his head again. McIntyre then grabs another table from under the ring and sets it up on the outside, then gets back inside and delivers a right hand on Punk’s head. McIntyre then gets Punk up on one shoulder, but Punk escapes and hits a step-up knee on McIntyre in the corner. McIntyre then looks to send Punk crashing through the table on the outside, but Punk lands on the apron to escape and hits a double ax handle on McIntyre off the top rope. Punk looks to fly again off the top and hit another one using the wrench on McIntyre, but McIntyre sees Punk coming and hits him with a suplex. Punk then hits McIntyre with the tool box twice and climbs to the top before hitting another double ax handle off the top rope using the tool box. Punk then hits three step-up knees on McIntyre in the corner, then calls for the GTS. Punk hits a GTS on McIntyre, but McIntyre responds with a Claymore Kick and goes for a pin. Punk then kicks out and wears McIntyre down with a Sharpshooter, but McIntyre escapes. McIntyre and Punk then exchange right hands with one another and Punk hits a roundhouse kick on McIntyre’s head. McIntyre then sends Punk crashing through the table set up on the outside with a Brainbuster and grabs one of the ring steps, then slides it into the ring and hits a GTS.
McIntyre then gets Punk up on his shoulders and sends him crashing into the ring steps with White Noise. McIntyre then goes for a pin, but Punk kicks out. McIntyre then looks to send Punk crashing into the mat with a slam, but Punk counters into an Anaconda Vice. McIntyre then looks to escape with a wrench, but Punk grabs it from McIntyre and hits him with it repeatedly in the head. McIntyre then low blows Punk and grabs a bag from under the ring, then empties it out to reveal a bunch of beads and sets up for the Claymore Kick. Punk then moves out of the way and McIntyre is sent crashing into the ring steps. Punk then wraps a chain around his thigh, then piles some of the beads McIntyre threw out. Punk then shoves several beads into McIntyre’s mouth, then follows it up with the GTS using the chain on his leg for the win.

After the match, Punk is standing in the ring for a bit and goes to ringside and slams the cage door behind him. Punk then plays to the fans for a moment and then sells the effects of the match by collapsing. Adam Pearce, other producers and EMTs then run out. Punk tries to blow them off, but he sits down for a moment and the EMTs put an oxygen mask on him. McIntyre is then shown selling in the ring. Punk then removes the mask and asks for his wife once he gets to his feet. Punk then turns back and plays to the fans. Punk then stumbles a bit while holding his arms out on the stage.
Samantha Irvin then introduces Jacqueline, Lilian Garcia and Booker T, who are all seated in the crowd next to each other.
Cathy Kelley then checks in from the VIP suite. WWE Intercontinental Champion “Main Event” Jey Uso is shown in the background while Kelley is speaking with WWE Bad Blood hosts Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair and Naomi. Cargill, Belair and Naomi says that Mickie James, Peter Rosenberg and Dallas Page are in the suite. Tully Blanchard is also shown while they are cutting to a shot of DDP.
We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a WWE Women’s Championship Match.
The match starts off with Jax sending Bayley crashing into the corner. Jax then delivers some shoulders on Bayley in the corner, then nails her with a clothesline. Jax then hits a splash on Bayley in the corner and follows it up with a second one in the center of the ring, then puts her in a Bear Hug. Jax then wears Bayley’s calf down with a submission hold, but Bayley makes her way to the bottom rope to escape. Bayley then hits a leg drop on Jax before she goes for a pin, but Jax kicks out. Bayley then hits a neckbreaker on Jax using the middle rope, then follows it up with a tope suicida and sends Jax back in the ring. Jax then sends Bayley crashing into the top turnbuckle, then hits her with a Hip Attack and climbs to the top. Bayley then delivers a few strikes on Jax and looks to hits her with a powerbomb. Jax then avoids it and hits a Bayley-To-Belly on Bayley.
Bayley then hits a knee on the side of Jax’s head in the corner, then follows it up with a Sunset Powerbomb and a few elbow drops. Bayley then climbs to the top and hits another one before going for a pin, but Jax kicks out. Bayley then sends Jax crashing into the ring steps on the outside. Jax then powerbombs Bayley on the ring steps, then sends her crashing into the barricade and sends her back in the ring. Jax then climbs to the top rope, but Bayley escapes. Jax then nails Bayley with a back elbow, but Bayley hits a kick on the side of Jax’s head and Jax falls on top of the referee. Bayley then hits the Rose Plant on Jax and pins her, but the referee is still down and doesn’t see the fall. Tiffany Stratton then appears with her Women’s Money In The Bank briefcase in hand and hits Bayley with it, then gets the referee up. The referee then hands Stratton her briefcase back, but Jax mistakenly thinks that Stratton was about to cash in. Jax then gets in Stratton’s face, opening the door for Bayley to roll her up. Jax then kicks out and Bayley climbs to the top, but Stratton throws her briefcase at her. Jax then hits Bayley with a Samoan Drop off the ropes and follows it up with the An-Nia-Lator for the win.

After the match, Jax heads to the back alone while Stratton holds her briefcase as she remains at ringside.
We then get video footage of Xavier Woods playing the new Dragon Ball video game.
We then get a video package and the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a Singles Match between Damian Priest vs. Finn Bálor.
The match starts off with Bálor provoking Priest. Priest then sends Bálor crashing into the corner and delivers some right hands on him. Priest then delivers some stomps on Bálor and sends him crashing into the mat. Priest then nails Bálor with a boot, then follows it up with a kick on his head that sends Bálor crashing onto the floor from the apron. Bálor then hits a Sling Blade on Priest on the outside, then delivers several stomps on him back in the ring. Bálor then hits Priest with a Russian Leg Sweep. Bálor then delivers another stomp on Priest’s spine and locks in an Abdominal Stretch on him, but Priest escapes and sends Bálor crashing into the mat. Priest then nails Bálor with a clothesline and follows it up with a Broken Arrow. Bálor then responds with another Sling Blade, but Priest nails him with a couple of roundhouse kicks and a clothesline. Priest then goes for a pin, but Bálor kicks out. Priest then delivers some kicks on Bálor’s chest, but Bálor responds with a Pele Kick and hits a couple of stomps on Priest’s chest. Priest then hits a Razor’s Edge on Bálor and goes for a pin, but Bálor kicks out. Priest then sends Bálor crashing over the announce desk and hits him with another Razor’s Edge on the apron. Carlito then makes his way down to the ring and distracts the referee, opening the door for JD McDonagh to hits a jawbreaker on Priest off the top. Bálor then dropkicks Priest into the corner and follows it up with the Coup De Grace, then goes for a pin but Priest kicks out. Carlito then distracts the referee again and McDonagh hands a chair to Bálor. Priest then grabs it from Bálor and sends McDonagh and Carlito crashing into each other on the outside, but Bálor hits a Coup De Grace on his spine. Bálor then hits another one and looks to hit a third, but Priest sees him coming and hits him with South Of Heaven for the win.

We then get an ad for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, which takes place Saturday, November 30th in Vancouver.
WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque is then shown from the Gorilla Position writing on a piece of paper. Michael Cole and Corey Graves then hypes the three previously advertised matches for Monday’s RAW. Cole then thanks Future and Metro Boomin for the Bad Blood theme song. Triple H then makes his way down to the ring to address the WWE Universe.
Triple H starts off by saying it’s hard to believe that it’s been thirty years since he lived just up the road from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Triple H then announces the attendance record for Bad Blood of 16,092 before addressing WWE Crown Jewel and announcing that the Undisputed WWE Champion and the World Heavyweight Champion will face each other as will the WWE Women’s Champion and WWE Women’s World Champion. Triple H then says while no champion will be defending their title, the winners will receive the WWE Crown Jewel Championship.
WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The Ring General” GUNTHER’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. GUNTHER says he’s excited about competing for the WWE Crown Jewel Championship after he retains the World Heavyweight Championship against Sami Zayn on Monday’s episode of RAW. GUNTHER then calls out Goldberg and his son Gage in the crowd before telling Gage that he hopes Goldberg is a better father than he is a professional wrestler. Goldberg then hops the barricade, but security makes their way down to the ring to hold him back. Sami Zayn then blindsides GUNTHER and delivers some right hands on him, then flies over the top with a crossbody to land on him on the outside. GUNTHER then hits a big boot on Zayn, but security breaks both men apart.
We then return to the ring, where Triple H raises the arm of Goldberg. Commentary then speaks about the Crown Jewel announcement while Goldberg passes them, hops the barricade and rejoins his family.
Cathy Kelley then checks in from the VIP booth with Belair, Cargill, Naomi and Metro Boomin. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven then shows up. They were all then acting like Green was still smelling due to her loss in the Dumpster Match on Smackdown the night before. Green is offended and wants Niven to leave with her, but Niven opts to stay.
We then get the entrances of the next match of the night, which is a WWE Women’s World Championship Match. Dominik is hesitant to enter the shark cage, which is on the ground in the entrance aisle. Ripley then grabs the mic and says she has one more secret and that is Dominik is afraid of heights. The shark cage is then raised in the air and Dominik is shown being terrified while Ripley waves at him.
The match starts off with Ripley hitting a hair whip on Morgan. Ripley then follows it up with a dropkick and sends Morgan across the ring twice, then sends her head bouncing off her knee and follows it up with a Fallaway Slam. Morgan then sends Ripley crashing into the ring steps spine first, but Ripley gets Morgan up in an Electric Chair position and sends her face bouncing off the ring apron. Ripley then hits a dropkick on Morgan through the bottom rope and sends her crashing into the top of the barricade midsection first. Ripley then sends Morgan back in the ring, but Morgan sends Ripley crashing back out of the ring and begins targeting her knee. Morgan then sends Ripley back in the ring and puts her in a Half Boston Crab, but Ripley escapes by sending Morgan’s head repeatedly bouncing off the mat. Ripley then hits a Northern Lights suplex on Morgan and goes for a pin, but Morgan kicks out. Morgan then trips Ripley and sends her injured knee repeatedly bouncing off the ring post before sending her crashing into the barricade twice spine first and does so once again with a Sunset Powerbomb off the apron. Morgan then gets Ripley back in the ring and hits her with a Codebreaker off the ropes, then goes for a pin but Ripley kicks out. Morgan then sets up for Oblivion, but Ripley avoids it and nails Morgan with a running knee on her head. Ripley then looks to hit the Riptide on Morgan, but Morgan responds with a Crucifix Bomb on Ripley and goes for a pin and Ripley kicks out.
Morgan then goes for The Three Amigos on Ripley, but Ripley blocks the third one and hits a Razor’s Edge on Morgan. Dominik then gets the door of the Shark Cage open, but has nowhere to go, being suspended in the air and with his fear of heights. Ripley then hits a Frog Splash off the top rope on Morgan and cinches in the Prism Trap. Morgan then escapes and rolls to the outside as Dominik looks to escape the Shark Cage. Ripley then sends Morgan crashing into the barricades on the outside in plain view of Dominik, but Dominik decides to hop out of the cage. Dominik then finds himself hanging down from the cage by a chain as Ripley grabs a kendo stick from under the ring. Ripley then repeatedly hits Dominik with the kendo stick, but Raquel Rodriguez blindsides Ripley on the ramp and sends her back in the ring, causing the disqualification.
The winner of the match via disqualification is Rhea Ripley but still the WWE Women’s World Champion, The Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan!
After the match, Rodriguez hits the Texana Bomb on Ripley and places Morgan on top of her to pin her. Rodriguez then grabs the Women’s World Championship and hands it to Morgan.
We then get a video vignette that is expected to be for the arrival of The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) on the main roster in WWE.
We then get an ad for WWE Crown Jewel, which is set to take place on Saturday, November 2nd in Riyadh.
Michael Cole then hypes the Bad Blood press conference for after the conclusion of the show.
We then get the Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes video from the Georgia Tech football stadium.
We then get the entrances of the main event, which is a Tag Team Match.
The match starts off with Rhodes and Jacob Fatu. Rhodes hits his signature slap on Fatu. Solo Sikoa then gets in the ring as does Reigns. Sikoa and Reigns then both return to the apron after they, Rhodes and Fatu all find themselves involved in a tense stare-down, but Sikoa and Reign then tag in. Reigns then delivers some strikes on Sikoa, but Sikoa hits Reigns with a kick on his face and follows it up with a headbutt. Reign then delivers some right hands on Sikoa in the corner and follows it up with a back elbow and sends him out of the ring. Fatu then gets inside and stares down Reigns, opening the door for Sikoa to nail Reigns from behind and hit him with a headbutt. Fatu then hits a few headbutts on Reigns from the apron, then follows it up with right hands on him in the corner and a Hip Attack. Fatu then tags in and hits another Hip Attack on Reigns in the corner. Fatu then hits a headbutt on Reigns in the corner and follows it up with a right hand. Fatu then charges at Reigns, but Reigns moves out of the way and sends Fatu crashing out of the ring. Rhodes then tags in and hits a powerslam on Fatu. Rhodes then sets up for the Cross-Rhodes, but Fatu escapes. Rhodes then nails Sikoa on the apron, but turns around into a Samoan Drop from Fatu. Fatu then sends Rhodes out of the ring and tags in Sikoa. Sikoa then hits a Spinning Solo on Rhodes on the apron and both men get back in the ring.
Sikoa then sends Rhodes into the corner and hits him with a splash, then tags in Fatu. Fatu and Sikoa then send Rhodes’ legs bouncing off the mat and Fatu hits a headbutt on him. Sikoa then tags back in and delivers some right hands on Rhodes in the corner before tagging Fatu back in. Fatu then hits an assisted Hip Attack on Rhodes in the corner with Sikoa and Sikoa hits a Hip Attack of his own. Rhodes then looks to tag Reigns in, but Reigns is pulled off the apron by Sikoa. Fatu then hits a Swanton Bomb off the top on Rhodes, but Rhodes manages to make the hot tag to Reigns as Sikoa tags in on his side. Reigns then sends Sikoa crashing into the corner face first, then calls for the Superman Punch and looks to hit it. Sikoa then sees it coming and sets up for the Samoan Spike, but Reigns rolls him up. Sikoa then kicks out and Reigns hits him with a Superman Punch. Reigns then goes for a pin, but Sikoa kicks out. Fatu and Sikoa then hit a double superkick on Reigns and both climb to the top. Fatu then hits a moonsault on Reigns and Sikoa follows it up with a splash. Sikoa then pins Reigns, but Rhodes breaks the fall. Fatu then sends Rhodes out of the ring, but Rhodes sends him crashing into the ring steps and clears the announce desk. Fatu then hits Rhodes with a superkick and charges at him, but Rhodes sends Fatu crashing through the barricade near the timekeeper’s area. Fatu then tosses a chair into the ringside area, but Rhodes sends him crashing into it and places him on top of the announce desk. Rhodes then climbs to the top and hits a crossbody on Fatu that sends him crashing through the desk. Reigns and Sikoa then exchange right hands with one another. Reigns then hits a Superman Punch on Sikoa and lines up for another one, but Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa appear at ringside capturing Reigns’ attention. This then opens the door for Sikoa to spear Reigns and pin him, but Reigns kicks out. Sikoa then berates Reigns and looks to hit a Samoan Spike on him, but spots a hooded figure behind Tonga and Loa. The hooded figure then hits a couple of superkicks on Tonga and Loa, then reveals himself to be Jimmy Uso. This then opens the door for Reigns to hit a spear on Sikoa for the win.
The winners of the Tag Team Match, Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes and “The OTC” Roman Reigns!
After the match, Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso hug each other. Jimmy then holds up Reigns’ hand in victory, but Reigns spots Rhodes across the ring. Reigns then looks to head to the back with Jimmy, but The Bloodline attacks Rhodes in the ring. Jimmy then tells Reigns that they have to help Rhodes and Reigns agrees. The two then head back to the ring to even the odds and take down The Bloodline. Reigns then picks up the Undisputed WWE Championship and hands it to Rhodes. Rhodes then holds it up, but The Rock’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. The Bloodline then retreats through the crowd as The Rock stares down Rhodes, Reigns and Jimmy in the ring. The Rock then holds up the numbers one, two and three in order, then heads to the back as the show comes to a close.
