AEW Rampage is officially being pulled from the airwaves, as All Elite Wrestling has secured a massive new deal with Warner Bros. Discovery that focuses solely on its flagship shows, Dynamite and Collision. While AEW Rampage had its moments since debuting on August 13, 2021, declining viewership and a strategic shift have led to the show being cut from Warner Bros. Discovery’s programming lineup.

The new multi-year deal, recently announced by AEW, solidifies the presence of Dynamite and Collision on Warner Bros. Discovery networks. However, AEW Rampage, which has struggled with ratings, won’t be included in this agreement. TruTv and Rampage were noticeably absent from the official announcement, and AEW has confirmed that Rampage will air its final episode at the end of 2024.

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast reported on AEW’s deal, stating, “AEW Rampage is gone at the end of the year.” This move comes as AEW shifts its focus toward bigger shows and new ventures, with the potential revival of AEW Dark and a fresh show titled AEW: Shockwave in the works for FOX. While Rampage’s future remains uncertain, Warner Bros. Discovery has hinted that the show could find a new home down the road, though no specific plans have been made.

Rampage’s decline in viewership played a significant role in its cancellation. AEW is now directing its attention toward enhancing the quality of Dynamite and Collision, which are expected to become the focal points of AEW programming under the new Warner Bros. Discovery deal.
