Swerve Strickland has been gaining attention in AEW for his excellent wrestling abilities and insane charisma. He’s been out of action since All Out but in the meantime, he did get featured in a recent issue of Batman comics.

AEW stars are now featured in new DC Comics, with Darby Allin, Swerve Strickland, Britt Baker, Toni Storm, and Orange Cassidy being illustrated for the comics. This isn’t surprising considering AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery have an ongoing partnership.

Swerve Strickland even received his own spotlight in Batman #153, which included references to his military background, his time in Lucha Underground, and the championships he’s won throughout his wrestling career. Strickland took to Twitter and gave DC a shoutout for his debut as well.

We have also reported AEW’s plans for Swerve Strickland once he returns to television, as it’s quite clear he will be feuding with MVP and the rest of the Hurt Syndicate as soon as he is back. In the meantime, fans appreciate Swerve for getting featured in the latest Batman comics, which is definitely a big deal.
