The October 4 WWE SmackDown brought a big show to the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The main event match was a brutal display, and now we know how everyone is afterward.

The WWE Tag Team Championships were contested in a grueling Triple Threat Ladder Match. The match showcased The Bloodline’s Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa defending their titles against #DIY, represented by Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, and The Street Profits, consisting of Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins.

That match brought a lot of weapons into play, and there were a ton of risky high spots. In the end, The Bloodline was standing tall as they retained their titles.

According to Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful Select, initial reports indicated that all competitors from the ladder match emerged without serious injuries, and the company expressed satisfaction with the overall performance of the match.

Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa will have their turn at a tag team match at Bad Blood 2024. This will not be a title match, but the stakes are just as high, as Roman Reigns has returned to team up with Cody Rhodes in the main event match for the premium live event. Roman Reigns has already made a bold proclamation hours before the event, and it will be worth watching.

We will have to see how things pan out at Bad Blood 2024, because that is going down tonight in Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. Tickets for the show are still available on Ticketmaster, but expected to be a sold out out show.

How long will the Bloodline be able to keep their tag team titles? Do you see them having a long-term run? Sound off in the comments below.
