AEW fans can expect to see more familiar faces as another member of the Hurt Syndicate makes his way to the promotion. Following MVP’s AEW debut, Shelton Benjamin has now joined the ranks, continuing the expansion of the group.

Last week on Dynamite, MVP delivered a promo alongside Prince Nana, sending a clear message to Swerve Strickland. This week, AEW fans were treated to a backstage segment featuring MVP and Nana once again. In the scene, MVP mentioned his “complaint department,” which led to Shelton Benjamin making an appearance. Benjamin confronted Nana, asking if there was a problem, before walking off with MVP.

Adding to the excitement, Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that Bobby Lashley is also slated to join AEW. Lashley is expected to debut in the coming weeks after all three members of the Hurt Syndicate—MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley—signed their deals with the company.

“We’re told that the three all nailed down their deals a number of weeks ago.”

With the Hurt Syndicate taking shape in AEW, it will be interesting to see how Benjamin and Lashley shake up the landscape of the company alongside MVP. AEW’s roster is getting even more stacked, and the arrival of these stars adds another layer of intrigue to the growing promotion.
