Adam Cole’s Whereabouts During 10/2 AEW Dynamite 5-Year Anniversary

Tony Khan’s company held a big episode of their weekly show on October 2 AEW Dynamite. It was a big night in Pittsburgh for the company’s fifth anniversary, and a familiar face was also present backstage.

Sean Ross Sapp noted on Fightful Select that Adam Cole was backstage at the AEW Dynamite show in Pittsburgh. Cole is from the area, so he was able to sop by. He had recently moved back to the region from Florida, alone.

It was also noted that Adam Cole is expected to return soon. He has been out for a considerable amount of time at this point. Naturally, his return would be a big shot in the arm for AEW.

“Adam Cole was backstage at the AEW Dynamite show in Pittsburgh. He’s expected to return soon. Cole is from the area.”

On the September 20 AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole sustained a significant ankle injury during a non-wrestling segment. Despite this, AEW continued to include him in their programming.

Adam Cole was in the middle of the Undisputed Kingdom storyline, where he had just revealed himself as The Devil during Worlds End 2024 alongside The Kingdom, Roderick Strong, and Wardlow. MJF may have said that he killed Adam Cole, but odds are he is far from finished.
