Bryan Danielson has some serious support heading into AEW WrestleDream, where he’ll defend the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley in what promises to be an intense showdown. This high-stakes match comes after Moxley, along with Claudio Castagnoli and PAC, turned on Danielson at the All Out pay-per-view event, setting the stage for an explosive singles bout.

Destiny City Comics, a local comic shop just six minutes away from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, is betting big on Danielson. In a unique twist, the shop’s owner has pledged to give out free comic books to anyone who stops by the day after the event if Danielson retains his championship at WrestleDream.

Local fans are buzzing about this promotion, with Ethan HD, the shop’s owner, tweeting, “Not to put any additional pressure on @bryandanielson, but if he retains the @AEW Championship here in Tacoma, I’ll give everyone who comes by Destiny City Comics a free comic book the next day on Oct. 13th.”

This kind of hometown support only adds to the anticipation for WrestleDream, which will take place on October 12. Fans from all over are gearing up for a night of epic wrestling action, with the added bonus of potentially snagging a free comic book if Danielson pulls off the win.
